The Vice President of Transformation will lead enterprise-wide modernization and continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence, digital enablement, and business agility reporting to the SVP Global Ops. This role will drive measurable improvements in turnaround time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction across StandardAero. The VP will work cross-functionally to deliver a world-class transformation roadmap aligned to business strategy, integrating best practices in lean, digitization, change management and strategic program execution.
