Role Description

This is a month-to-month contract role for a Portuguese and Spanish Bilingual LQA Specialist, for the project we estimate to last approximately 6 months. The role involves conducting linguistic quality assurance (LQA) tests for gaming content, identifying and rectifying translation errors, and ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance in Portuguese and Spanish, ensuring consistency in the use of terminology across game mechanics, in‑game items, storyline elements, and related materials. This position will assess text placement within the user interface and make linguistic adjustments where necessary to accommodate language expansion or contraction. The specialist will collaborate with the QA team and other departments when relevant, offering linguistic or localization support to facilitate overall project quality.
