• Help keep bookkeeping up to date (coding transactions, reconciling, preparing reports for accountant).
• Track all client invoices, chase late payments, and maintain a live cash‑in forecast.
• Maintain a live register of all software / licences, cancel waste, and flag renewal dates.
• Build and update a simple weekly founder dashboard: cash, expected cash‑in, key KPIs.

Ops & admin
