Job Summary
As a warehouse assistant , you will support our team of supervisors in handling issues such as claims, credit notes, and workforce follow-up for our distribution center located in Tultitlán . You will work reporting to the Warehouse chief.
Main Responsibilities
Create reports and follow up on warehouse incidents.
Follow up on the closure of claims and incidents reported in the system.
Follow up on internal requests for product handling (shopping club).
Provide support for inventory activities in the Casablanca area (physical validation vs. system records).
Manage the delivery of personal protective equipment (PPE), product registration, and follow up with EHS for replenishment.
Create status reports on incidents and claims.
Prepare weekly reports for senior management (submission of main indicators).
Qualifications
Technical degree.
Desirable 3+ months experience in warehouse operations.
