**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory and Material Preparation Specialist to manage and support key operations within our warehouse, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in inventory management, material preparation, and shipment handling. This role requires proficiency in warehouse software systems, inventory cycle counting, and material logistics.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Inventory Management (Cycle Count and Audit Control)** - Perform and oversee regular inventory counts, ensure accuracy in stock records, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions as part of audit controls.
- **Material Preparation**:
- Lead the preparation of materials for Manufacturing Orders (MO) and Delivery Notes (DN).
- Coordinate the preparation of shipment orders, ensuring materials are picked, packed, and labeled correctly for on-time delivery.
