**Specific duties**:® **Supervise Cleaning Operations**Oversee the cleaning and sanitation of all food and beverage areas (kitchen, dining room, Rincón Mexicano, warehouse, cafeteria, food truck, grocery store, vending machines, transport units, BBQ area) in compliance with Distintivo H and Punto Limpio standards.
® **Train and Monitor Staff**Train staff on proper use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment.Ensure accurate completion of cleaning logs and certification documentation.
