Job Description

The Team Lead oversees day-to-day warehouse operations in a fast-paced receiving department, ensuring safety, efficiency, quality, inventory accuracy, and customer service objectives are consistently met. This is a hands‑on leadership role that involves guiding warehouse team members, monitoring performance and KPIs, and supporting all aspects of receiving, warehousing, and shipping activities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor employee performance, conduct, and work quality to ensure all team members meet operational expectations.
