Job Description

EFI is looking for a temporary Warehouse Operations Assistant to join our Warehouse unit in Comun Nuovo (Bergamo) office.

Job Description: Responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations. Must be able to work accurately in a teamwork oriented, high volume, and fast paced environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Preparation of transport documents (DDT) and processing of shipment deliveries in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Creation and management of shipment labels handling a high volume of daily shipments.
  • Coordination with couriers to organize and monitor shipments, ensuring timely and smooth deliveries.
  • Handling autonomy spare parts and/or ink requests, from order receipt to final shipment.
  • Management of report tracking ensuring timely and effective internal communication.
