Job Description
**Role Purpose**
The Warehouse Operative Team Leader is a dual-role position combining operational and leadership responsibilities, with approximately 50% of time spent on each. The role ensures efficient warehouse operations while driving safety, quality, performance, and continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Warehouse Operative Duties (50%)**
- Segregate and prioritise workloads from suppliers
- Unload vehicles safely
- Book goods into warehouse systems (SAP)
- Put away and replenish stock using warehouse systems
- Operate MHE safely (Reach Truck, Counterbalance and VNA truck – all the training provided on site)
- Support Goods In activities and resolve queries
- Work alongside and interact with the AMR robotic solution (Geek+) as part of daily operations
- Maintain health & safety compliance
