Supervise end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations, driving performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across our supply chain.
**Your role:**
+ **Supervise warehouse and 3PL (third-party logistics) operations** – inbound, outbound, production-line supply, and inventory – acting as the main point of contact for the logistics provider through operational reviews, escalations, and action plans.
+ **Drive operational and financial performance** , monitoring KPIs such as OTD (On-Time Delivery), capacity utilization, occupancy, backlog, productivity, and cost control against internal policies.
+ **Drive cross-functional governance** , leading recurring operational meetings with Supply Chain, Industrial, Commercial, Finance/Tax, and Quality, and coordinating capacity analyses and logistics strategies.
