The Warranty Admin is responsible for maintaining and supporting the warranty system in a timely, well documented and organized manner including but not limited to part return trackers; internal and external reporting; and warranty claim and cost recoveries. They will be a power user on the Customer Portals for warranty. They must comply with quality system and documentation requirements. They will escalate issues as needed. All while working as part of cross functional teams often including customers.

With a focus on continuous improvement and a reduction in warranty costs while meeting timing requirements:

• Develop and maintain a warranty part return log including the receipt and status through closure of analysis
• Maintain and/or assist with internal and customer reports for warranty (for example: Monthly dashboard; 8Ds; Stellantis - QMTS; Paynter Charts; etc.)
