Job Description
What will you do? Meet with homeowners to investigate and assess listed deficiencies/conciliation items;
You will conduct all regularly scheduled customer orientations and possession walk throughs;
Work with the Project Coordinator to delegate, organize and coordinate repair work;
Perform repair, warranty and service tasks as required when a trade cannot be assigned to the repair;
Establish and maintain relationships by working closely with many external vendors and various internal departments as the liaison to ensure all outstanding work and deficiencies are completed;
Effectively communicate and coordinate construction seasonal matters to homeowners; and
Track data and warranty requests in CRM (Builder Trend) and JDE Homebuilder.
