About The Role

We are looking for a Website & Digital Experience Manager to lead and optimize Monks’ web ecosystem, with a focus on high-traffic websites, lead generation, and user experience.

This is a hands‑on role with no direct reports, requiring strong cross‑functional influence. You will work closely with multiple teams and act as a key advisor, enabling and training content contributors to ensure a consistent, high‑performing website.

Key Responsibilities

• Own website strategy, performance, and day‑to‑day management.
• Optimize user journeys, UX/UI, and conversion paths to drive lead generation.
• Manage and improve high‑volume, complex websites with multiple stakeholders.
