**What you'll be doing**

As a Summer Student, Workforce Experience (Analytics), you'll join the Employee Relations team and play a key role in gathering, analyzing, and presenting workforce data and insights. You'll have hands-on exposure to emerging technologies, reporting tools, and business processes that drive improvements in the employee experience across CIBC.
