β’ Analyze daily trends and adjust workforce forecasts
β’ Monitor call patterns and inventory scheduling needs
β’ Optimize work schedules for efficiency and quality
β’ Respond to scheduling inquiries and approvals
Requirements:
β’ 1-3 years of relevant workforce management experience
