About the Role
As a Workforce Management Specialist, your main focus will be to ensure optimal workforce planning and scheduling at the Sales Market level while supporting Area and Store management to deliver strong sales performance through optimized scheduling.
This hybrid role reports into our Controlling Manager and is based out of our MΓ©xico City Support Office.
A Day in the Life
Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities:
- Set hourly function plan, including Store Management positions, for every store in line with sales market goals; ensure salary cost budget is considered when planning workplan
