Qualifications
The Workforce Planning/Resource Coordinator will be responsible for the following job duties:
- Provide day-to-day talent management support to the Manager and assigned project leadership.
- Coordinate partner candidate CV submissions to approved roles, interview scheduling, onboarding documentation and orientation for new team members.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records for project staff in accordance with corporate and legal requirements.
- Assist with tracking training, certifications and mandatory orientations.
- Support preparation of HR-related reports and metrics for the assigned project(s). Skill gap identification and resource plan tracking.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following combination of skills and experience:
