Job Description As the Client Administration Specialist within our Client Account Management team, you will be responsible for managing client accounts. You will work closely with various teams across our operational and IT departments, playing a key role in innovating team processes. Job Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of Companies administering employee share plans within a team framework Interact with customers/clients on operational transactions related to their share plan program. Execute the timely processing of operational transactions, including data management, reconciliation, processing, reporting and problem solving.
