Horizon is seeking a Workplace Technology Specialist to support BHP’s operations at the Jansen Potash Mine. This role is suited for a candidate with strong desktop support experience who thrives in a dynamic environment and is interested in supporting both day-to-day operations and large-scale workplace technology events.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for end-user technology including desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner
• Support and maintain meeting room technology; exposure to AV systems is considered an asset
• Assist with large-scale events (500+ attendees) from a technical support perspective
• Deliver a high level of customer service and user support
