Minutes Solutions is a fast‑growing professional minute‑taking company that serves a global clientele and strives to provide the highest‑quality, prompt, service‑friendly solutions. We are looking for skilled Minute Takers to record and distribute meeting minutes accurately and efficiently.

Location & Travel

Applicants must be located in Toronto, Ottawa, or Vancouver and be open to traveling to customers’ locations roughly twice a month. The remaining meetings will be conducted virtually, making this a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

• Take the Minute Taker Challenge on our website.
• Enroll in the self‑guided Training Program.
• Successfully complete training and start accepting meetings.
• Attend up to 1‑2 meetings per week (virtual or on‑site). For on‑site meetings, travel requirements include 9 am‑5 pm business hours; for virtual meetings, sessions o...
