Yard Manager – Waste & Recycling

We are currently seeking an experienced Yard Manager to oversee operations at a busy waste and recycling facility in Dublin. This is a hands-on leadership role managing plant machinery, staff, and site operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the waste and recycling yard
• Supervise and coordinate a team of machine operators, general operatives, and weighbridge staff
• Oversee the safe operation of heavy plant machinery including loading shovels and other equipment
• Ensure all health & safety procedures and environmental regulations are strictly followed
• Monitor yard performance, material flow, and productivity levels
